Acceptance into the DCA Magnet Program will be based on academic performance and audition.
Exceptional education students with disabilities must meet Magnet School entry requirements or equivalent requirements that will ensure the student's success in the Magnet Program. There is a review process for students who do not meet the following established entrance criteria:
Core Academic (Math, English, Social Studies and Science) Grade Point Average - 2.0
and
FCAT score of Level 3 or greater in both Math and Reading.
(Other standarized achievement test scores may be substituted for students applying from out of Florida.)
